What do you eat on a raw food diet?

  • fermented foods, such as kimchi and sauerkraut

Foods to avoid on a raw food diet include:

  • all cooked or processed foods
  • refined oils
  • table salt
  • refined sugars and flour
  • coffee, tea, and alcohol
  • pasta
  • wheat
  • dairy
  • eggs
  • animal products
